The HBIA is the peak body for the hairdressing and beauty industries throughout Victoria. It is a division of the Australian Retailers Association (ARA) and members of the HBIA are also members of the ARA, an alliance which offers even greater member benefits, savings and representation.
The HBIA liaises closely with training providers, product companies, salon operators, and various government bodies in regards to industry issues and policy.
